Else, we will install the meter within 15 working days from when you agreed to the meter exchange. If the distributor is making the connection adjustment, they should coordinate it.
The above timeframes would not apply to the following scenarios:

- If you have an aggregated electricity consumption agreement that mentions these timeframes do not apply. It would apply to business customers and leading builders.
- If you have not fulfilled the conditions of the ‘Connections Contract’ with your energy distributor.
- There is pending work that needs completion on the electricity network before performing the connections alteration.
Shared Fusing Situation:
Shared fusing happens when the site shares the isolation point with other sites. For instance, in some apartment blocks, the metering installation cannot be done without disrupting the power supply to these other sites. In such scenarios, you will have to bear additional costs. The total costs will depend on your distributor.
Please Note:
- If an installation requires interruption to the power supply of another property, then it would require extra time to resolve.
- Usually, we will do the installation within 30 business days from the date when you agreed to any costs that will be charged for additional works needed to perform the meter exchange.
When any of the above-mentioned exceptions are resolved, we will arrange to have the changes performed by your selected date or a date range of 5 business days when you agree with us and the distributor. Else, we will install the meter within 15 business days from the resolution.
